The Ergonomics of "Life"
That's right, the thing you have 1-2 times a day your whole life, could be done a lot more simpler. And with less effort, and for some reason, I think people need to know about this!
So following the instruction of the image(above), you can improve your 'business' through 3-4 easy steps.
- Have your knees higher than your hips. That is, make it so you are pushing mainly with your bowels. This will ease unnecessary strain on muscles.
- Leaning forward can allow for excrement to travel through your lower bowel easier, and obviously your elbows on your knees is going to be more comfortable than not having them resting anywhere!
- Bulging out your stomach can put pressure on your lower bowel, giving the urge to do...'business'. Whilst straightening your spine is a good common practice you should get used to.
- Now you can poop. Following these 4 steps will allow anyone to just release their bowel in a relatively unstrained manner. Preventing some issues that can be had such as hemorrhoids and prolapse of the rectum.
