Where has the love gone?

So the picture says it all. Today in my travels i re-stumble across this random picture. But for the first time  i noticed what it said. Seriously. It is so true. When was the last time you told a friend you loved them. Just for no reason but to completely re-affirm what they already suspect. Sure, you imply it. Your friends? Obviously you love them, But the three little words mean something a lot more than implying it with the occasional text message and drunken phone call. Seriously I know i have no bearing on your life. But god damn it feels good. 

One Thing i notice about life is people are too caught up, waiting for the weekend, too unhappy with their jobs to stop for 5 seconds and just enjoy the sunset, or to admire their friends. Why focus on shit that makes you sad. Spend your time doing the meaningless things that make you happy, cause fuck knows at the end of the day id rather say i spent 3 hours playing Call of Duty, or leveling my Night-Elf Hunter than sitting around squabbling with stupid shit that gets thrown around Facebook. 

So yeah, Pick up your phone. Tell the person that what you are about to say means alot to you, they need to know it. Make sure they don't say it back cause then it feels like you are just doing it so they say it back, But yeah. Ring a friend, or family member and let them feel the love. The world needs more of it. :)

The Ergonomics of "Life"

That's right, the thing you have 1-2 times a day your whole life, could be done a lot more simpler. And with less effort, and for some reason, I think people need to know about this!

 So following the instruction of the image(above), you can improve your 'business' through 3-4 easy steps. 
  1. Have your knees higher than your hips. That is, make it so you are pushing mainly with your bowels. This will ease unnecessary strain on muscles.
  2. Leaning forward can allow for excrement to travel through your lower bowel easier, and obviously your elbows on your knees is going to be more comfortable than not having them resting anywhere!
  3. Bulging out your stomach can put pressure on your lower bowel, giving the urge to do...'business'. Whilst straightening your spine is a good common practice you should get used to.
  4. Now you can poop. Following these 4 steps will allow anyone to just release their bowel in a relatively unstrained manner. Preventing some issues that can be had such as hemorrhoids and prolapse of the rectum.
I know its simple but it really helps i suppose. Ill have to try it out. Other people should post and let me know how it goes.

The Value of A Decent Handshake.

The idea of this is, when you meet a new person, usually men, the body language and demeanor you display gives the other person an immediate idea of what you are like. This picture, give the advice that all the factors you display show who you "Really" are. It is suggested you shake with your right hand, you have a dry palm(otherwise its signs of nervousness and makes the handshake clammy), and extremely firm but not crushing grip, keep the hands vertical(older men sometime try to turn the hand so that they show dominance or power) and maintain DIRECT eye contact throughout. Just a cool picture i found and it can be really helpful.
